bandwidthd tracks usage of TCP/IP network subnets
and builds HTML files with graphs to display network utilization. Charts are built by individual IP to show their utilization over 2, 8, 45, and 400 day periods. It color codes HTTP, HTTPS, TCP,UDP, ICMP, VPN, and P2P traffic. Unlike MRTG, it tracks each individual IP address and subnets, not the status of any particular link. Static mode is fast and easy to set up and has few dependencies. Database mode supports filtering by subnet, multiple sensors, custom reports and intervals, and can process thousands of IPs efficiently. Network utilization can be logged in CDF or a backend database.

Email Security through Procmail (the Procmail Sanitizer) provides methods to sanitize email, removing obvious exploit attempts and disabling the channels through which exploits are delivered. Facilities for detecting and blocking Trojan Horse exploits and worms are also provided.

(structuring, editing, prioritizing, categorizing)
issues. It is primarily used to manage information
and tasks. It can be used as an issue tracker,
knowledge management tool, or outliner.

Access Point Utilities for Unix is a set of utilities that configure
and monitor a Wireless Access Point under Unix. It is known to compile
(with GCC and the IBM C compiler) and run under Linux, FreeBSD,
OpenBSD, MacOS X, AIX, and QNX.

dnscrypt-proxy acts as a DNS proxy between a regular client, like a DNS cache or an operating system stub resolver, and a DNSCrypt-aware resolver, like OpenDNS. The DNSCrypt protocol focuses on securing communications between a client and its first-level resolver. While not providing end-to-end security, it protects the local network (which is often the weakest link in the chain) against man-in-the-middle attacks. It also provides some confidentiality to DNS queries.

Kazehakase is a Web browser which aims to provide a user interface that is truly user-friendly & fully customizable. It supports tabbed browsing, a "remote bookmark" feature (through RSS) in a menu or sidebar, a variable UI to adapt to the user's skill level, and customizable mouse gestures and key accelerators.

i3 is a dynamic tiling window manager. Its key features are correct implementation of Xinerama (workspaces are assigned to virtual screens, and it does the right thing when attaching new monitors) and XrandR support (which is still unfinished). Both horizontal and vertical columns can be used in tiling. There is a special focus is on writing clean, readable, and well documented code. i3 uses xcb for asynchronous communication with X11, and has several measures to be very fast. i3 is primarily targeted at advanced users and developers.

Moose File System (MooseFS / MFS) is a fault tolerant, network distributed file system. It spreads data over several physical servers, which are visible to the user as one resource. For standard file operations MooseFS mounted with FUSE acts like other Unix-alike file systems: it has a hierarchical structure; it stores POSIX file attributes; and it supports special files, symbolic links, and hard links. Access to the file system can be limited based on IP address and/or password. It offers high reliability, since several copies of the data can be stored across separate computers. Capacity is dynamically expandable by attaching new computers or disks. Deleted files are retained for a configurable period of time (with a file system level "trash bin"). MooseFS supports coherent snapshots of files, even while the file is being written or accessed.

tk_cdconverter is a Tcl/Tk frontend to rip and convert a CD into a directory and set some tags. Conversion between different formats is also possible.
