Minor feature enhancements
A couple of bugs were fixed. Basic support for
minimizing to the system tray was added. Russian
and Chinese translations were added. Theora and
Vorbis are now supported (in AVI).

This version should be the most tested, polished,
and usable release of xvidcap ever. This version
no longer has an Xt UI. Bugs were fixed.
Documentation was written, and requires yelp to
read it. It is available in English, German,
Italian, and Spanish. On-the-fly frame size
reduction was implemented.
