wnews downloads and displays RSS news feeds from the Web and displays them in a curses page-based user interface or in parseable line-based output. There is support for HTTP gzip compression and decompression, proxying, key binding, dynamic client, resources configuration, and HTML parsing. It was developed as an efficient and simple RSS news client.
