This release fixes many little problems, including
flicker when the cursor goes between the dockapp
and the bar, highlight display bugs, and crashing
when changing/terminating your window manager.

This release adds the ability to specify an external command to get the tile pixmap's filename, provides a sample script to get WMaker's tile, and fixes a bug where the internal default tile was not used when none was specified.

This release adds the ability to draw a highlight image behind menu
icons. It also has a pixmap scaling bugfix.

A man page is now provided and installed. Pixmap file names and XPMPATH
elements beginning with "~/" are now interpreted as relative to the home
directory. The menu item under the cursor can now be highlighted with a pixmap
of your choice. Icons larger than tile size are automatically scaled down to
fit inside the tile. This means that neighbor icons are never overlapped any
more.

Startup and menu reloading have been made faster
by changing the routine that allocates colors to
gdk-pixbuf.
