TutorBase is a PHP application to manage class
tutors. Tutors are stored in a MySQL database.
Tutors can sign up, and are required to validate
their emails before being listed. Listed tutors
can log in and change any aspect of their profile
or unlist themselves. Administrators can send
emails to all tutors, change class listings, and
change the profile of or delete any tutor.
