Minor bugfixes
This release fixes a bug resulting in "SMTP/SMTP/etc"-type-contexts,
adds a minor performance tweak which should make it less of a CPU hog,
adds a ContextLogger plugin to provide a simple picture of what's
going on, and makes all the text files in distribution
Windows-friendly (eol=CRLF).
