Code cleanup
An object orientated rewrite was made, which should make it easier to maintain the code and add features. New collision detection was implemented, more FPS were achieved, and angles are now corrected to max_angle gradually rather than immediately. A start screen and a screen that show the scores at the end were added. Sound was added. The config files were split.

Major feature enhancements
A pause function was added, along with support for more than two players. The game thread is now stopped when finished. Players can spin and accelerate the ball and zoom their images with options in the config file. Float values are now read correctly, and a new menu (with no options as yet) was included.
