Minor feature enhancements
The multi-column list and tree components were
filled out and are now available in the resource
editor. Assorted minor bugfixes were made.
Python 2.2.1 or higher and wxPython 2.4.x or
higher are now required, and the license was
changed to the revised BSD license.
