Major feature enhancements
Support for running as a service has been implemented. Groups have been implemented in order to allow distributing log entries to non-administrative users, and in order to support future development. A plain text mode has been added to the console monitor in order to allow dumping log entries to text files for offline analysis.

Plugins and global defaults are now supported. A couple of other
reactions (exec and mail) have been implemented. String formatting for
exec and mail is now supported, along with global settings for
defaults. A series of bugs affecting duplicates and defaults have been
fixed.

Major enhancements were made in the log parser. The console monitor was created. This renders this project usable for console operation, but no actions other than echoes are yet implemented.
