Major feature enhancements
This release adds further refactoring of
del.icio.us, support for
storing credentials using KWalletD (if enabled),
and username and
password storage in the main wallet in the
Passwords area (DCOP does not
expose form Data credentials via its shell
interface).

del.icio.us was refactored. External commands are
now called in a safe manner to prevent theoretical
command injection. A minor bug in uri_escape was
