The Makefile was improved to easily build
packages. Windows binaries are now available. A
patch to make parsing more robust was applied. The
Dutch translation was updated. An option to
display pictures for the users has been added. The
irssistats logo was added with an option to hide
it. The "~" character in the configuration file is
now expanded to the home directory. Three new
themes are available: biseau, damier, and
niflheim. A GCC speed optimization was made.

There is no hard user limit any more (dynamic table size), alternate CSS themes can be selected, quarter hours are supported in top hours statistics, word and letter rankings are now available, and top words can be disabled to use less memory.
