Minor feature enhancements
A Save(Stream outputstream) function was implemented in GD.cs, and PInvokes was added for gdImageJpegPtr etc. Several new Save() overloads were added for convenience. Several Save() tests were added to GDDemeo.cs, and a new unit test for saving to a stream was added to Tests.cs.
