0.2.0 userdirs may be disabled. branding() [remote style] has been removed. html.php won't be part of fpt anymore; fpt uses CSS exclusively from now on. indexor() removes tailing '/' characters. The $namelengthlimit-'bug' has been removed. This release has re-renamed fpTWO.php to fpt.php. There are code cleanups and more CSS, and the config hashes are changed.
