This is a brown paper bag release. It turned out that the contents of 0.6.0 tarballs did not match the release tag and some late bugfixes made before the 0.6.0 release did not make it to those tarballs. This release also fixes some GStreamer issues, bringing back Dirac in Ogg and mu-law audio in multipart.
