Logging has been added in a format similar to the Apache httpd log format. Support for the 'xpath' command and for forcing a 'Followup-To' header on postings in a specific group have been added. A bug in handling GMT and UTC format dates in the 'newgroups' command has been fixed.

A fix for the response to 'list overview.fmt', generation and and storage of 'Lines' headers, a fix for escaping leading dots in lines when sending articles, and allowing header names in any case in 'xhdr' and 'xpat' commands.
