stores information on the universe of people
associated with a nonprofit organization and on
their interactions (such as emails, donations,
petitions, and events). The technology is designed
to be lightweight, extensible, core functionality
that can both stand-alone as a simple contact
management application and be easily integrated
with a broad variety of technologies and
applications (such as donation processing,
