As MIUI official stock ROM released for the new Mi 9 series some days ago, we added the new devices 'Mi 9/9 SE' to Xiaomi Firmware Updater,

The firmware files, extracted from stable ROM is available to download through our website.

Xiaomi released China and Global ROM for Mi 9, while Mi 9 SE China ROM was only released, once Global one is available I'll add it.
